  • PreB: Egg whites, 2 tbsp veggie shreds, coffee w/ skim
    B: Coffee with premier shake
    L: LFL chili, cukes
    S: ProtiDiet blue raspberry drink
    D: Big mac in a bowl with rutabaga fries ???
  • Breakfast: IP crispy cereal with 1 Tbsp WF chocolate dip mixed in - cocoa krispies! Coffee with 2oz Pure Protein vanilla creme RTD

    Lunch: IP chocolate soy puffs, romaine salad w/2 cups chopped cukes and red peppers

    Dinner: leftover roast chicken tossed with WF asian dressing with broccoli and cauli rice

    Snack: Balanced Protein cocomint creme pudding

    BREKKiE: 4 Blend Cereal Mix with 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Mocha Frappuccino
    LUNCH: Curried Chicken & Jicama Confetti Salad
    SUPPER: Miracle Lasagna
    SNACK: Rose Hibiscus Tea, Huckleberry Icee

    S= cinnamon crispy treat
    D= Chicken breast cucumbers and brussel sprouts

    No WF today...seeing if that helps with stomach aches. Second guess is the raw veggies!

    D - 7 oz chicken; 2 c. veggies (I'll try steaming broccoli tonight to see if it affects my tummy in a positive way!)
