  • disappearingacts- great loss!

i'm having a hard time stayin on track, especially during the weekends.
  • Thanks! The weekends are the hardest. For me it's because my mind tells me that the weekend means fun and to let go and I take that as, pig out and drink. This time around, I just remind myself of what I want more. I might not be able to have as much fun, or have a drink, but this is just a season. This is the last year I'm going to waste TRYING to lose weight. I'm tired of losing 3-4 pounds during the week, only to gain back 2-3 of them during the weekend.

Hang in there! We all have those times, but as long as we don't give up, eventually we get back in the swing of things. I think of getting healthy like dancing, sometimes when you get on the dance floor, you totally forget how to move and you're all awkward and stiff, but eventually you get your groove and you're moving like a pro.
