So I've decided my ultimate goal weight isn't really a solid number -- it's whenever I get into an 8/10. I had decided a 12 would the finish line, but then I thought, "Hey, why not shoot for single digits?" so an 8 it is.
The thing is, how am I supposed to know how long or how much weight I need to lose to get to that point? Up until this point it's been about 20-25lbs in-between sizes, but I kinda feel like as I get smaller, new sizes are possibly going to come more often. So I don't know what to call my goal weight. I'm guessing as I'm starting to fit snugly into 12s, that's what I'll be in once I hit the number on my ticker. Should I just increase it by 10 until I hit goal? What would y'all do?
