    grain: 1/3 cup Sugar-Free Pancake Mix
    fruit: 3 Apricots
    dairy: 3 oz Fat-Free Cream Cheese
    protein: 2 Eggs + 4 oz Egg Whites

    8-oz protein: Baked Chicken Breast
    veggie: Green Onions & Bell Peppers
    extras: Miracle Noodles Fettucine, WF Peanut Spread, WF Sesame Ginger, Soy, Sriracha, Red Curry Paste

    Dinner@8pm: Cauliflower Pizza
    protein: Pork Loin (leftovers)
    crust: Cauliflower, Italian Seasoning, Egg Whites
    toppings: Broccoli, Garlic, Tomatoes, Veggie Cheese

    Breakfast--2 Van's multigrain waffles, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 6 oz plain, nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 apple, sliced and "baked" in the microwave w/ cinnamon

    Lunch -- 5 oz chicken grilled chicken breast, lettuce, 1 cup cucumbers. 1 cup shredded cabbage

    Snack--peanut butter crunch bar

    Dinner--not sure yet. We eat out on Thursdays, kids' choice.
  • Phase 1: 59 day 8 weeks and 3 days

    Breakfast: vanilla rtd with packet of orange crystal light...orange julius!!

    Lunch: 3 cups romaine lettuce 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1000 island dressing, walden farms

    Snack: coffee chocolate shake

    Dinner: chicken and a salad, with 1 c. cucumbers

    Snack: vanilla shake with strawberry syrup walden farms

    If you don't mind me asking, almost my wifes numbers, how long were you on the plan? Thats a great feat congrats. My wife and I started last friday, new to the plan but are excited about getting our health back, Thanks JIM

    Snack: Health Wise NY cheesecake pudding with WF caramel sauce

    9.5 months. It will be 10 months by the time I reach phase 4.

    I lost it in 5 months! The last 4 weeks were phasing off after i hit 100% goal.
