Did you exercise today???......Hmmmmm?????

  • I thought I would start another thread for exercise. We do some sort of exercise, why not keep track of it here? I find posting my menu's here helps alot with keeping me accountable. Im sure posting whether or not I exercised will do the same.

    In about 10 min, Im heading out for my 45 min walk.

    I'll add to this later if I do anything else.


    Anyone else?

    hikes with the dog on both saturday and sunday.

    but nothing today. and not planning to. could you forgive me? or maybe i have to forgive myself?

    hurt my back. having trouble walking. sitting. standnig isn't bad, if only i could keep my balance!!!

    will see the chiropractor today. it'll be better. i promise.
  • Yup, went to the gym. No weights but 6 miles total on the lifestep and the Eliptical. Weights tomorrow and going to try to get a golf lesson.

  • OH, Robin, did you HAVE to start this thread today???

    I've been looking forward to today for two weeks because it's the first day the doc said I could go back into the water, and do you know what I did? I overslept!!! Ijust couldn't believe it. My water aerobic class starts at 9:00 and I rolled out of bed at 9:30. Not even a good excuse!!!

    I did ride my stationary bike for 20 minutes and this afternoon, I'm going out to a golf tournament that ole Alvin is playing in, so maybe I'll get some walking in.

    I ended up going for my 45 min walk, plus 2-20 min walks. Managed to get hubby out for our first walk together since before the snow arrived. That was 30 min. Then we headed to the BIG mall, and walked it.

    Ive been having trouble sleeping, and Im hoping all this walking and exercise will tire me out!
