    My sheet says "fat free ham"?
  • That actually looks pretty good - low in fat, and very low in sugar for a cured meat - but I'm curious about the serving size. I wouldn't use it as the only protein in a main course (you should get 40-50g protein when you eat your dinner portion) because you'd have to eat 3+ servings to get enough - that's going to jack up your numbers a bit. Ham in general is high in sodium too, so if you do choose to use it, it should be a once-in-a-while type thing.

    You could possibly use 1 serving in your lunch salad, then just reduce your dinner protein by that many ounces
