Trying again - hope to see a fit, happy, sexy me!

  • Hello everyone! I have posted on here before many months ago, but my great plans of losing weight and getting fit and healthy fell through - as they usually do. BUT, I'm back and would like to start making an effort again, and find this a great forum in terms of support and great tips!

    I'm in my mid-twenties and have been pretty overweight for the last 5+ years..I've brought my weight down from 180 to about 165 in the past 2 years, but want to get down to my ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT of 120 pounds! My diet is HORRID, I probably eat about 300g carbs on a given day, and I don't generally exercise at all. So it's no wonder I'm the weight I'm at, right?

    I hope to follow a reasonable diet (100g carbs or less) and exercise for atleast an hour 4 days a week.

    I have found that my weight gain has brought my confidence down a LOT, which has affected not just my social life but also my work life. I just want to feel happy about my body and healthy, I know it sounds superficial but I feel like it will make all the difference to my life!

    I look forward to hopefully following through with this and someday being able to post in the GOAL section on this site (which btw, is my ULTIMATE inspiration).
