  • BREKKiE: Mocha Frappuccino
    SNACK: 1 Cup Hot Chicken Broth with some fresh cracked pepper
    LUNCH: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo with 1/2 cup tomatoes, 1/2 cup colored peppers and shallots, Coconut Pomegranate Tea YUM!!!
    SNACK:
    SUPPER: Shepherds Pie
    SNACK: Peppermint Tea
  • Breakfast: IP vanilla pudding shake with a splash of Torani SF hazelnut syrup; coffee with 2oz Pure Protein Vanilla Creme RTD

    Lunch: Romaine salad with broccoli, cauliflower, red pepper; IP white cheddar ridges

    Post-exercise: Eas AdvantEDGE chocolate RTD

    Dinner: Whatever we can scrounge at my mother in law's!

    Snack: IP chocolate pudding, slightly frozen
  • Breakfast: Double milk chocolate bar, 2 scrambled egg whites with 1oz back bacon
    Lunch: Chicken noodle soup with 2 cups pureed roast cauliflower and garlic
    Dinner: Roast chicken and summer salad with cucmbers
    Snack chocolate shake blended with ice and caramel WF sauce to make a "milk shake"

    L= IP Cream of Chicken soup with 2 cups of cauliflower and 2 mini cukes
    D= Chicken breast with a salad of Romaine peppers and cukes
    S= IP Choc Soy Puffs

    Lunch: Big Mac in a bowl (can't wait) and marinated veggies
    Snack: IP Cappuccino Drink
    Dinner: Jalapeno/Citrus marinated Chix Breast w/salad and veggies
    Snack: IP Drink or Pudding
  • Phase 1, Week 10

    Breakfast: Chocolate Shake with coffee, blended with ice
    Snack: IP Choc Soy Puff
    Lunch: Spinach salad with cucumber, red peppers and WF dressing
    Snack: Pina Colada Shake
    Dinner: pork tenderloin with cauliflower mash
  • B - IP RTD Choc blended with spinach
    L - IP Broc & Cheese soup over steamed Broc
    D - Chicken & veggies
    S - IP Strawberry wafers
  • Phase 1, Week 5, day 6
    B= IP Maple Oatmeal (YUMMY!!)
    L= IP Chicken flavoured soup with 2 cups mixed salad and WF ranch dressing
    D= Grilled Chicken salad
    S= IP Lemon Pudding
  • B= Fell asleep before I even started drinking my Peach Mango last night so that was breakfast
    L= Lettuce, cuke, pickle salad with WF dressing during lunch date, then chicken soup in my office
    D= Grilled Lime and Chipotle Pork Chops with cucumber salad
    S= Raspberry Jelly
  • B= IP Pink Lemonade
    L= IP Orange and 2C of sauteed mushrooms
    D= lemon pepper grilled chicken with grilled button mushrooms
    S= IP Mango and Peach

    We got a George Forman grill and it has been helping out so much with grilling chicken, even frozen!
  • B: 1 hb egg, coffee, premier chocolate shake
    L: Lean for Life mushroom soup, pureed cauliflower
    S: Proti Thin Chocolate Soy Snacks, Earl Grey tea
    D: Shredded chicken w/ buffalo sauce, romaine lettuce, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 c. cukes, 1 c. celery

    Ive been curious about tomatoes, I think they are high in carbs.Does anyone have any nutritional value on them

    S - 2 egg whites
    D - Romaine Lettuce w/2 c. veggies; 7 oz chicken breast
    S - IP Vanilla Pudding (slightly frozen like Scorbett's. I love mine that way too!)

    I was told they are a restricted veggie so only eat them twice a week same with green beans. But each coach is different.
