Hey everyone
I was just curious to know, how many of you experienced difficulty losing the final kilos or pounds? I've experienced some difficulty (emotionally) but as of yet, not physically. What I mean is my weight loss hasn't stopped after I've dieted properly.
I guess I'm worried that when it gets to the very end, like the last 5lbs for example, it's going to be significantly difficult...?
It definitely gets more difficult the closer you get to your ultimate goal. I stalled out for a bit, but have since altered my calorie intake & things are moving again. As you get closer, you need to be more vigilant about your eating & cut out about 100 calories. Your body doesn't need as much when you're close to your goal. Just 5lbs ago, I had to alter & add in calories in order to get the scale to budge, then stalled out. I had to cut out the 100 calories or so that I added in, & now the scale seems to be moving again.

I'm also struggling now, was losing half a kg a week for 3 months, now for the last two weeks nothing. Decided to relax for a bit and just exercise more, I only weigh myself once a week so don't know how my new plan is going yet. By the way, Howzit fellow Kaapie!
