WW MM CHALLENGE! September & October - Week 3!

  • ewww.. no change. no fair!! Guess I should be happy the scale didn't go up.
  • I was able to drop the pound I gained last week plus one more. I've also still been keeping up in my Beck workbook.
  • I knew I forgot to do something over the weekend.....enter my weight. So I just went and did that for this past week and am hoping for another successful week this week
  • This past week...
    -- I actually hit my goal challenge goal wt of 153 yesterday but am at 153.5 today. I think I'm going to change my overall goal for the challenge to motivate myself to keep going!
    -- I've been doing well tracking my points and staying within my range.
    -- I ran 4x. Today I ran 2 miles which was my goal for the end of September!

    For next week...
    -- Research some more receipes.
    -- I'm going to two events next weekend so I want to plot out my meals before going so that I don't overeat at the events.
    -- Run at least 4x, one of those being 2miles again.
  • Well I am back up to past my starting weight...yuck

    But I am also back on track this week with my exercise so my goal is to get back down in another week. I just keep dancing around the same few pounds.

    I am really going to push for more veggies, water is not a problem for me.
  • Yay! Finally I am at the 180's. Took forever hehehe. 1.9 lb to go I will reach my 10% goal. Crossing fingers. BUT a bad habit of mine is I tend to eat alot "happily" when I see a loss. So over the weekend "as usual" ate like crazy. My WI is on sat soooo I am anticipating a gain. But its ok. I know its temporary. Still I am happy to be at where I am now. 180's baby! (havent seen that for a very long long time!!)
  • Is that ok to start now with this challenge? I actually started by myself, have everything written down, but i think i need someone pushing me, i'm a bit stuck this past weeks. Can I just fill the spreadsheet?

    But I won't give up! Have to put that in my mind...
  • Baaaad weekend. But it was oohhh so good!!! Guess once in awhile it won't kill me. I'll get back on track this week.
