My first goal...

  • My first goal was 10 pounds, I managed to do that in 11 days. I realize I won't keep up that pace but man that is so cool to drop so much so quick. My next goal is a total of 20 pounds in my first month of dieting. That might be a stretch but I'm going to try.
  • That's great! Was that just with dieting? You should be proud of such a good start. The weight does tend to come off slower as you lose more, but for now just enjoy your accomplishment : )
