I learned about this a short while ago. Taking two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before a meal. It is said to reduce plaque build up in the heart, stimulate metabolism and lower blood pressure as well as a litany of other things. I thought like most things that this was a load of malarkey but it really isint (at least for me). I feel more energized and my blood pressure has dropped significantly in just a short time! Please share your thoughts on this. Have you heard of this? Have you tried it? Whats your experience with it?
