accountability for a great 29th birthday

  • SO I have been slacking so bad and even sliding back 25 lbs....argh. But my birthday is coming up in 4.5 months and I want to be back in the 150's by then if I can. I also have a wedding to attend in Feb and I want to look good for my sister on her special day. Anyone who would like to join me. please do! I will be checking in here everyday to make sure I stay on track.

    So day one almost over and I did well. It is hard though! after a year of not dieting . whew the sugar cravings are out of control. But I feel good about taking the first step.
  • You may want to take a look at the Every day 21 day challenge in the Chicks up for a Challenge sub-forum. There are plenty of people on it that check in daily for accountability. It may help you stay accountable too.

    good luck! my birthday is in Jan and although it is only a few months away I will be happy with whatever I have lost by then
