Definitely make sure you get in all 3 packets and all of your food! Skipping a meal is never a good thing, we are eating so few calories on this diet that we need every one we are supposed to have! Skipping meals will stall your weight loss. Have you tried pre-cooking stuff to have it ready? I work 3pm-11pm and have to plan my dinners because the hospital cafeteria stinks. Once a week I cook up a whole package of chicken breasts and keep frozen broccoli and cauliflower handy - if I am in a hurry I can just throw some of that in a ziploc container and still stay on plan.

What brand of coffee do you put in your smoothie? I'm not a coffee drinker, but I'd like to try some in my shake, too. I looked at Foldgers...and it doesn't give any details on it as far as the carbs, sugars, & fats. Just that it is 100% coffee. I'm assuming that is safe?

Black coffee has no carbs, no fat, no sugars. Just caffeine
