I calculated it and supposedly I'm supposed to eat 1117 to lose weight?!? I am eating less than 1400 calories a day. Not more, but my calories change every day (1100-1400)
I am 146-148 lbs, 5'1, 23 years old. I want to get to 120 first, which is my happy content weight, and then aim for my "super goal: 105-110" if even possible.
I workout 6x a week, doing Insanity/Turbofire Hybrid. I'm just wondering if I am eating too much? I don't think so but I'd to hear your input anyway. Please help me, I don't want to do this the wrong way. Thank you so much, guys!
