Sorry about the TMI...but it IS IP related. My coach mentioned that there may be spotting on this diet since estrogen is stored in your fat cells.
On day 5 I pretty much started what appears to be my TOM....a week and a half early. I have PCOS and am on birth control so things are usually pretty regular.
I have been following protocol to the tee, but I feel like my first week weigh in is going to be the opposite of what I am hopping due to this "lovely" visitor.
