I drink 16-20 glasses a day. I like water as long as it taste "pure". I have a filter on my faucet and sometimes when I want to treat myself I will buy bottled water... I do sometimes mix Crystal Lite with my water.
On average, I fill up my 24oz water bottle at least five times throughout the day.
Water is the only thing I drink on a day to day basis, aside from iced tea when I'm eating out. I used to hate it, but I gave up pop several years ago and have acquired a taste for it.
i hate plain water in all forms....i drink cascade ice carbonated flavored water drinks....i have a light gatorade once in awhile...i drink one nonfat coffee a day...i drink sugar free juices (crystal light) that i make for the kids...
and i've never had a problem with being dehydrated (colored urine or whatever) and i've lost 40 pounds so far and kept that off successfully
I don't really keep track of the amount of water I drink, but I think it would be between 4 to 6 cups of water. I also drink plain tea and diet coke and sometimes coffee. I remember reading about how we don't really need to drink lots and lots of water like a lot of people would have you believe. I just drink when I'm thirsty, or if I'm craving some food I'll turn to tea.
I drink about 100 oz a day, give or take. I love water, but only iced cold water and most of the time, only bottled water. I can even call it an addiction - a healthy one!
