Weight Watchers at Work?

  • Hi. I did WW in 2008 and lost 50 lbs. I have gained 15 back since then and I got a flyer for a WW at work meeting on Monday at my office and I am thinking of starting again. I am now 7lbs overweight from my highest point according to WW but I am hoping to get to the lower end of my range.

Has anyone done WW at work? I am hoping having that environment will keep me accountable.
  • I actually started out doing WW as an at work program. I loved it!!! I'm a teacher and it was held right after school once a week. It was nice having several other people who I worked with on a regular basis that were also going through the process.

The program ended right as school ended last summer and I have continued going to weekly meetings through the monthly pass since then.

I'm also a teacher so that's great to hear from someone in the same situation :-)
  • I recently started doing WW at work. The convenience is great because I can fit in my weekly meeting on my lunch break. Sometimes it can be a little awkward, though, having my boss and coworkers in the meeting. It is nice, however, to realize that many of the beautiful women I work with have lost weight on WW and some are even lifetime members. I had no idea!
