  • I had to start this thread because I am soooo excited about my breakfast - first ever time making pudding waffles (Thanks LizRR!)

    B: Vanilla pudding waffles (2 egg whites, baking powder 1/2tsp, 1 oz water) on Pam sprayed waffler with a bit of WF pancake syrup -- HEAVEN!!!!

    W/O: 3 mile walk w/dog

    S: IP chocolate drink

    L: Broccoli and cheese soup, bell peppers w/EVOO and salt

    S: S+V ridges

    D: ??

  • ALTERNATIVE DAY with a long work out day...20 mile bike ride!! 2 mile walk!! getting ready for my 5K on the 22nd!!

    BREKKiE: turkey sausage and veggie cheese quesadilla on mama lupe low carb tortilla, coffee with 1 oz milk
    SNACK: Pina Colada Smoothie (after ride protein drink)
    LUNCH: green goddess soup, 1/4 serving IP Raspberry Grape Jelly, Rose Hibiscus Tea
    SUPPER: outback 6 oz victoria filet, mixed veggies of zucchinni, snap peas, squash, mock wine!!!
    SNACK: coffee with 1 oz almond milk
  • PHASE ONE

    B: Cheese Omelet IP + 1 cup of coffee and a splash of liquid stevia
    + 34oz of Water

    L: Chicken a la King IP + 2 cups of roasted squash+ 34 oz of water

    S: White Choco Cinnamon Bar + 16oz of water

    D: 5oz grilled steak + 2 cups of rutabaga fries + 34 oz of water

    Those waffles sound amazing. Well, I now know what I am having for breakfast anyway.

    Lunch: cappuccino ip blended with spinach

    Dinner: chicken and broccoli

    Snack: pure protein bar

    Still hung up on IP cereal pancake with WF syrup.

    Standard lunch salad with two cups cucumber, IP ready vanilla drink.

    Snack IP peanut bar.

    Supper BBQ shrimp with chipotle, garlic and beer special blend seasoning, mixed stir fry veggies with evoo and spices.

    Breakfast: Rainbow's Wildberry Yogurt cookies topped with a little WF strawberry spread; coffee w/2oz Pure Protein Cookies & Creme shake as creamer

    Lunch: Big romaine salad, cukes, peppers, zukes w/WF Jersey Onion dressing; IP Chocolate soy puffs

    Dinner: IP friendly "dirty rice" with chicken sausage

    Snack: Heath Wise Vanilla cappuccino in 1 C coffee

    Breakfast: vanilla RTD with coffee powder

    Lunch: 1 c. salad with cucumber, strawberry shake

    Dinner: hamburger with 3 c. mixed green salad, dill relish, 1000 island

    Snack: chocolate shake
  • It is my first day so here is my food plan:

    Breakfast - Peach Mango Drink- yum
    Lunch - Tomato Basil Soup - OK
    2 cups of veggies still working on eating them---that is alot of veggies
    Dinner - Round Steak (already in the crock pot) with seasoning, salad, and asparagus
    Snack - Chocolate Soy Puffs

    Lunch: Lean ground beef patty, dill pickles, salad w/green pepper and onion with WF Bleu Cheese dressing
    Dinner: IP Chocolate soy puffs, dill pickles
    Snack: IP Chocolate drink (heated)

    I didn't post but yesterday for dinner I cooked some lean ground beef with chili powder and put it on a salad with green pepper, onion and tomato and some WF Ranch. I liked that a lot and I think I will have that on Friday nights and on the nights after weigh in.
  • Breakfast: veggie omelet with one extra egg white
    Lunch: two cups stewed rhubarb over a pancake with WF caramel sauce drizzled over it
    Dinner: BBQ hamburger and steamed broccoli. Inspired by Rainbow's bbq sauce. I fried up crumbled hamburger,drained and added WF bbq sauce, pancake syrup and soy sauce. Yum!
