I had to start this thread because I am soooo excited about my breakfast - first ever time making pudding waffles (Thanks LizRR!)
B: Vanilla pudding waffles (2 egg whites, baking powder 1/2tsp, 1 oz water) on Pam sprayed waffler with a bit of WF pancake syrup -- HEAVEN!!!!
W/O: 3 mile walk w/dog
S: IP chocolate drink
L: Broccoli and cheese soup, bell peppers w/EVOO and salt
S: S+V ridges
D: ??
