hello again

  • I wanted to re-introduce myself. I am back on plan after a long time away.
    I need all the support I can get. I do so well during the week then totally blow it on the weekends. I calorie count.
    I use a Fitbit and get between 11000-14000
    steps a day and that is just for my job. I have an outside job so during the Summer months I get no other exercise...TOO HOT!! Fall is coming.

    Yeah, I don't like summer, I like winter a lot more, but summer should be wrapping up soon, so now's a good time to get back to it!
    It's good that you haven't given up completely! Let's hope you can reach your goal this time!
