but of course I stalled last week which felt like forever and thank goodness I didn't have that apple pie! I woke this morning to the scale saying back at me 199 
I have reached my first goal of 200 and I could not be happier to have reached it in just 2 months. Here to 40 pounds gone forever!!!!
