
I was over weight for most of my childhood, and after two years of hard work, I have a fairly healthy BMI. Healthy, but not perfect. I can barely run a mile and there's still extra weight clinging to my mid-section.
I've always had issues with moderation. It's easier to overeat or not eat then it is to control what I eat! I've never had much support in my trying to become healthy. I'm hoping this will become a place of inspiration and accountability for me! All of you are so impressive, and the success stories I've been reading have left me in awe. I'm honored to be apart of this community!
