2 Egg whites???

  • I've seen people posting about 2 freebie egg whites, would that apply to a person in their first week too? Does "freebie" mean I can eat this and stick to my current plan without any consequences?

    Some coaches say "yes" and some say "no", but it seems the majority say it perfectly fine
  • The Phase 1 sheet has a line at the bottom that says extras need to be "0-carb / 0-fat / 0-sugar". 2 egg whites add ~32 calories, all from ~8g protein, which is why many coaches allow it as an extra. Plus it opens up a lot of recipes using the packets (waffles, muffins, pancakes, cupcakes, bread, etc.). Always run it by your own coach and log it in your food journal, but it's a good way to get some more protein in your day.
