Chicken Wings

  • I think I would like chicken wings tonight. I usually bake them on a broiler in the oven with salt and pepper. If I take the skin off, and dip in WF dressing would this be allowed? My coach says yes, but what would you do? Chicken wings aren't on the list, but I wonder if they are made like this they would be ok?
  • I'm not on IP, but I would trust my coach. That's also a great idea- I may bake some skinless chicken wings sometime soon.

    I have done this before. You can use WF for dipping or there is a 0/0/0 buffalo sauce but I can't remember the name and my bottle is at work. I think it is one of the Frank's varieties.....
