Im about 4 weeks into the program. down 14lbs! I have to say, I love this program! This is my first post, as I am now to the 3fatchicks community. I hope I am posting correctly.

I have become very creative for my dinners and this one is really satisfying and filling!!

Turkey Pastrami rollups with sauerkraut and WF thousand island/mustard

I buy the empire kosher turkey pastrami, there are 0 carbs in this one and fat is much lower than other brands. sauerkraut counts as a veggie, although i do not eat 2 cups of it...lol

Do you just roll it all up in the turkey?

I bet you could also roll it all up in large lettuce leaves as well.
