I have been feeling bloated all week. I've tried to increase my water intake as much as possible and avoid salt the last few days. I have my WI tomorrow and feel like if I could just get rid of this bloating the scale would be back to what it was at last week (maybe even lower), rather than 3 lbs higher which it has been showing the last 4 days!
Any suggestions on what I can do today to get rid of this bloating?
