My take on Chicken Curry soup! And IP blog

  • Hi IP'ers

Us guys can cook too. Especially if it's easy
Just kidding - though it is easy!
Great for those crockpots / slow-cookers

Here is my take *modified* from my mom's recipe. This makes 16oz of chicken with 4 cups of veggies that you split in 1/2 for 2 meals.
It is easy to make and can cook while your at work.

Three of us doing it together in the family. It helps to have the support.
  • Thanks for the recipe! It sounds good.
  • I love dishes that use a crock pot, great idea. Thank you.
  • Thanks! Wanted to create something that was simple to make even for us bachelors. Crock pots rock! I will make up a beef stew next i think. Not sure what i'm gonna do but maybe Cajun beef! . Though beef curry i will have to try too.
  • That's my boy!!! He WAS listening all those years
  • making this now. On the stovetop though. I already had cooked chicken breasts. thank you so much!

Enjoyed checking out your blog. What is it with guys and Star Wars? My friend still has star wars sheets on his bed... (Not that there's anything wrong with that....

I am awed when people take pics of their recipes -- must take a lot of time-- but it sure is enjoyable as the reader. Thanks for sharing
  • That sounds good, and I love crock-pot cooking. Definitely going to try it. Thanks!
  • Well I am more into meditation with a bit of quantum physics mixed in side of things. It keeps me sane. The picts didn't take too much time. Just did it after it was cooking.

  • wanted to let you know that my dh LOVED the soup. I had to change it a bit to what I had on hand...I added mushrooms and some diced celery and zucchini...added some cabbage to it too. He loved it and I did too.
