  • Phase 1 Day 21
    Lots of planning yesterday for today

    Breakfast: IP banana pudding pancake w/ zucchini
    Lunch: hotdog picnic with friends
    Ip Potato purée made into pancakes w/spinach & mushrooms
    Mock cauliflower "potato salad"
    Taking some lemonade Mio water. People will be drinking. This will be my treat
    Dinner: leftover surf & turf from last nite w/ cauliflower mash. Oh so good!
    Snack: IP piña colada! Frozen if at home.

    Tomorrow is weigh in day. I'm taking a restricted to the picnic in case I need it instead of the drink for snack (salt/vinegar)

    1c strawberries
    2oz fat free cream cheese
    WF Pancake Syrup
    Coffee + 1/2c unsweetened almond milk + vanilla creme sweet leaf
    ^^yes, it's as good as it sounds!

    Lunch@12pm: Rutabaga Flan
    2 cups Rutabaga
    2 eggs + 2 egg whites
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 tbsp No Calorie Brown Sugar Sweetener
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Snack@4pm: Lettuce Smoothie
    IP Chocolate RTD
    Lettuce
    2 cups Decaf Coffee
    WF Caramel Sauce

    Dinner@8pm: Out with the in-laws

    Breakfast - 1 c coffee, 1 RTD vanilla, cinnamon in blender. 1 c hot coffee too

    L: Omlette and stir fried zuchinni and asparagus

    D: Pork tenderloin, Kale, Arugula wilter, salad

    S: One of the bars I think!

  • Sort of just getting up, so breakfast is as far as I can think right now:

    Chocolate pancake muffins drizzled with some WF strawberry syrup.
  • Phase 1~Week 4~Day 7

    Breakfast:
    IP plain omelet
    1C green pepper sautéed in EVOO s&p

    Snack:
    IP chocolate RTD blended with ice

    Lunch:
    IP potato purée made into muffin puff thingys
    Cucumbers and peppers

    Dinner:
    8oz BBQ chicken
    Cauiflower mash with roasted garlic and green onions
    Zucchini grilled on BBQ

    Snack:
    Either a bar or southwest puffs

    Breakfast: 1 dark chocolate shake

    Lunch: 1 egg and 1 egg white omelet..with bell pepper and 1 c. mushrooms, 1 T. red onion

    Snack: Shake...banana and 1 egg mmmm

    dinner: Chicken over mixed green salad with ceasar dressing

    Snack: butterscotch shake

    Breakfast: Spinach Smoothie

    Lunch: RTD Vanilla

    Snack: 2 cups dill pickles

    Dinner: 8 oz of turkey

    Snack: Chocolate soy puffs
