I have been on my own weight loss journey since the beginning of the year but discovered 3 Fat Chicks quite by accident. About two weeks ago on a Friday evening, my 17 year old daughter was diagnosed with (PCOS) Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. At about 3 am Saturday morning through many tears and being just downright scared to death I found while researching online for information, what has become an answer to my prayers- not just for her challenges, but a wonderful support system for me to lose my last 28-30 lbs. as well!
So, while this is my first official introduction, I must thank you for all of the wonderful advice and encouragement and words of wisdom I have gained during the last couple of weeks!
