1: almond meal hot cereal 1/2 banana, 1/4 c. Raw almonds, dash of cinnamon, enough us almond milk to get it moving in the food processor; ginger tea
2: wasn't feeling so hot, so I ended up eating some smoothie that I had frozen into sorbet earlier in the week. Could have been worse.
3: celery
4: 1/4 c. Granola w/ a bit of almond milk
5: 3 oz. pork tenderloin, roasted sweet potatoes, salad
6: 1 oz. dark chocolate
Missed the gym today. Dh was stuck in court and I ended up having to bring the kids to their extracurriculars

teaching tomorrow and will try to get a walk in as well.
