    Dinner:
    6 oz sauteed shrimp w/1c. sauteed zucchini and 1c/ sauteed mushrooms

    Breakfast: IP Wildberry Yogurt / Crispy Cereal pancakes
    Lunch: IP Chicken Soup with 2 cups of mushrooms
    Dinner: 8 oz Chicken with 2 cups Cauliflower, lettuce with an olive oil dressing
    Snack: IP Wildberry Yogurt / Crispy Cereal pancakes

    Breakfast: IP Fine herb omelet with 1cup added mushroom/green peppers

    Lunch: Romaine salad with 1 cup cukes, fresh chopped cilantro, oil and salt/pepper

    Snack: IP chocolate soy puffs

    Dinner: will have to see what the work cafeteria has to offer - bringing romaine with 2 cups chopped zukes, red peppers and red onion and will rustle up some protein.

    Breakfast: vanilla coffee orange shake

    snack: cucumber spaghetti with 1000 dressing .... MMMMM!

    Lunch: egg omelette + 2 egg whites with 1 c. fresh mushrooms

    Snack: chocolate shake

    Dinner: chicken breast, zucchini noodles, mushrooms and mushroom sauce made with the mushroom soup packet.. (1/3 packet)

    Snack: vanilla pudding shake with 1 packet of crystal light lemonade
  • Breakfast - Coffee, pudding muffins with WF syrup
    Lunch - Tomato basil soup poured over zucchini, mushrooms, and shredded beef from dinner.
    Snack - Chips or bar (haven't decided yet)
    Dinner - Shredded beef with taco seasoning, chopped raw onions and lettuce leaves to wrap.

    IP Peach/Mango drink in blender with 3 ice cubes
    1c coffee with 1 tsp vanilla drink as creamer

    Lunch:
    IP herb/cheese omlette
    2 cups zuchinni sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil, 2 cloves fresh garlic, s&P
    handful of lettuce thrown into veggies to wilt

    Snack:
    IP Lemon bar
    Cup Green Tea

    Dinner:
    8oz pork loin stir fried with 2 c: bok choy and broccoli, soy sauce and hot sauce over wilted lettuce.

    Snack 1 3:00pm: Romaine salad with cauliflower and hot peppers, EVOO/Vinegar
    Dinner 6:30pm: leftover roasted chicken and garlic/cauliflower mash
    Snack 2 8:00pm: chocolate shake blended with ice
