I am so very happy today. I have offically lost 40 pounds(actually 41) that I will never se again. This may not be the biggest loss in the world but to me it is amazing. This is my first try at losing weight. I guess in the past I didn't think that it was possible and that failing would be to much to bare, so I never tried. That is until I found this board and found all of you being so brave inspite of it all. All of the people posting day after day thier successes, short comings, encouragement, and tips to try and stay ahead, have made all the difference in the world. Thanks to everyone for thier support. Only 90 more pounds to go!

I just wanted to add my congrats with all the others! I have a lot to lose myself and plan on announcing my sucsess once I hit the 25 lb mark! Every twenty five pound mark will be announced! LOL This board is very supportive-something none of us will ever get enough of!
