Breakfast:
Iced coffee: IP vanilla drink mix with cold brewed coffee
Lunch:
Dill pickle zippers (first time having these, they remind me of fries and tartar sauce from one of my pre-IP favorite fast food places)
Spinach and cucumber salad
Dinner:
Baked salmon with LizRR's cucumber dill sauce
Roasted cauliflower and garlic puree (thanks again Liz!)
Snack:
Crispy cereal pancakes - tried these for the first time last night and they were sooo good.
Breakfast--protidiet blueberry pancakes (I was hungry after an hour. Not sure I am a fan.)
Lunch--Subway salad in the park. Veggie, veggie, veggie
snack--BBQ ridges
Dinner--turkey burgers, grilled zucchini and summer squash
snack--raspberry jelly with rhubarb
