  • Phase 1, Week 11, Day 1:

    Breakfast - Proti-Diet Oatmeal

    Lunch - Soup & Broccoli & Salad

    Snack - IP Jelly w/1 c shredded cabbage

    Supper - 8 oz pork loin & brussel sprouts
  • Phase 1, Week 7, Day 3

    Breakfast - IP herb & cheese omelet w/1c spinach

    Lunch - IP Lemon Pudding, salad w/1C raw broccoli, WF dressing

    Snack - White choco cinnamon Bar

    Dinner: Steak/shrimp and broccoli at a restaurant probably. If not sauteed shrimp w/ 1 c. mushrooms and 1c. zucchini
  • Phase 2: Week 1, Day 7

    Breakfast@8am: Spinach Cafe Mocha
    IP Chocolate RTD
    1c Spinach + 1c Romaine
    2.5c Half-Caf Coffee
    WF Caramel Sauce

    Lunch@12pm: 8oz protein + 1c veggie
    Chicken Breast
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree

    WI@1pm!

    Snack@4pm: Restricted
    IP Caramel Nut Bar

    Massage@6pm! <--when I reached goal I bought a package of 10 massages as a reward!

    Dinner@8pm: 8oz + 2c veggie
    Salmon
    Cucumber & Dill Sauce
  • Phase 1, Week 10

    Breakfast:
    Iced coffee: IP vanilla drink mix with cold brewed coffee

    Lunch:
    Dill pickle zippers (first time having these, they remind me of fries and tartar sauce from one of my pre-IP favorite fast food places)
    Spinach and cucumber salad

    Dinner:
    Baked salmon with LizRR's cucumber dill sauce
    Roasted cauliflower and garlic puree (thanks again Liz!)

    Snack:
    Crispy cereal pancakes - tried these for the first time last night and they were sooo good.
  • Breakfast--protidiet blueberry pancakes (I was hungry after an hour. Not sure I am a fan.)
    Lunch--Subway salad in the park. Veggie, veggie, veggie
    snack--BBQ ridges
    Dinner--turkey burgers, grilled zucchini and summer squash
    snack--raspberry jelly with rhubarb
  • Phase 1, week 2, day 2
    Breakfast: IP crispy cereal, black coffee

    Lunch: IP vegetarian chili with 1c zucchini added, 1C broccoli

    Dinner: 8oz chicken breast on a romaine salad with red peppers, cukes, and onion, WF sesame ginger dressing

    Snack: IP capuccino mixed with 1 cup black coffee
  • Phase 1: Week 1, Day 6:

    Breakfast: IP Chocolate muffin & green tea

    Lunch: IP chicken soup, romaine salad with 1c cucs & 1c mushrooms

    Dinner: 7oz chicken breast, romaine salad with 2 c mushrooms, cukes, and onion, WF dressing

    Snack: IP Raspberry Jelly

    **I'll try not to have an extra IP packet today (one of the additional allowed during the 1st week only).
  • IP Phase 1, day 21

    Breakfast: Crispy rice pancake and egg white omelette

    Lunch: Butterscotch Shake with coffee

    Snack: 2c. salad with 1000 dressing

    Dinner: Chicken Breast with roasted veggies (eggplant, turnip, bell pepper and zucchini) green salad with 1000 dressing

    Snack: shake of some kind, probably!
