    Dinner: Chicken and (2 cups) broccoli
    Snack: IP Cappucino Drink on ice with WF Chocolate Sauce

    6:30--scrambled egg whites with mushrooms and pepper puree
    9--spinach, chocolate pudding, coffee smoothie
    12--big salad with vin and evoo and salt
    3--restricted snack ???
    4--swimming with kids
    6--taco salad--ground beef, lettuce, low carb salsa in lieu of tomato, and other chopped veggies
    9--chocolate drink with banana extract (my new favorite snack) YUM!

    salad with 1 cup cucumbers and 1 cup green pepper WF bacon ranch

    Supper: Grilled chicken breast with 2 cups of broccoli and cauliflower mix

  • Week 20: Phase 1 (Using Alternative Products)

    Breakfast:

    black decaf coffee with cappuchino protein shake blended in.

    Lunch:
    Dixie Cup 'O Chili, with 3/4 cup of chopped zucchini & 1/4 cup sweet red peppers, Frank's hot sauce and 1 tsp dry minced onion added. 1 tbsp WF catsup added for more 'tomato' flavor.

    Snack - 3pmish:
    1 cup of cucumbers with 1 tsp evoo, sea salt, & WF blue cheese dressing as a dip.

    Dinner:

    Tilapia fillets.
    1 cup of asparagus
    1 small tomato

    Evening Snack:
    Whey Factors Chocolate Shake

    Through Day:
    8 - 8 oz glasses of filtered water (about 1/2 of them with organic apple cider vinegar added).

    Breakfast:
    IP Cappuccino Drink with Vanilla Caramel Cream K-Cup

    Lunch:
    IP Strawberry Wafers
    1 cup spinach
    1 cup celery
    Salt pepper, lemon juice

    Dinner:
    Ground turkey lettuce wraps with steamed broccoli

    Snack:
    IP Chocolate Drink made into ice cream
    WF Caramel Syrup

    Breakfast: 6:15 am
    Spinach 2 cups, Chocolate Shake, Vanilla Syrup

    Lunch: 11:15
    Same as Breakfast

    Dinner: 4:30
    2- 1/4lb burger patties

    Snack:
    1/2 chocolate shake plain.
  • Phase One: Week Two

    Breakfast: 10 oz coffee with Milk and Splenda
    IP Cappucino Shake Blended with ice

    Lunch: IP Veg Chili with 1 cup of cooked Spinach and 1 cup cooked mushrooms spooned into lettuce wraps(I really like these!)

    Supper: 8oz of ground turkey
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup cooked mushrooms
    1 pkg shirtaki noodles (today is the trial, we'll see if I like them or not)

    Snack: NEW! IP Lemon Tea Drink Mix
  • 6am: 25 minute walk

    6:30am: hard boiled egg

    Breakfast: IP Capuccino mixed with 1 cup black coffee

    Lunch: Romaine salad with 1c broccoli, 1c mushrooms; Southwest cheese curls (some crumbled on the salad for "croutons"

    Dinner: Big Mac in a bowl made with ground turkey

    Snack: Balanced Protein tomato basil soup
