Birth Control, Unlimited Lettuce, Lemon, and WF

  • Hi everyone!!

    It's my first day on the diet and so far I'm feeling great-- really looking forward to dropping those few extra pounds and being proud of my body for the first time ever!! I have a few questions and would so appreciate any help:

    1. I've been reading about excess estrogen produced during rapid weight loss-- do I really need to use a second form of birth control? I've been on the pill for ten years with no issues. My boyfriend and I have been together for over a year but have ZERO interest in getting pregnant at this point!

    2. Can I have "unlimited lettuce" at any point during the day or just at lunch and dinner time? If I'm still hungry after a bowl of lettuce, can I add some more?

    3. Is lemon allowed? If so, is there an amount I should stick to? (I've heard mixed things about this issue!)

    and lastly, are all WF products unlimited?

    There have been MANY IP babies made while on this program so take extra precaution if you don't want one...lol

    You can eat the lettuce anytime you want to eat and as much as you want too

    3. Is lemon allowed? If so, is there an amount I should stick to? (I've heard mixed things about this issue!)
    You can have Lemon's but not a whole one, only a few slices at most. I would do no more than 1/4 of a lemon
    and lastly, are all WF products unlimited?
    its unlimited to a point, Use is sparingly because if you use enough of it, it becomes a few carbs
