I have seen a lot of talk about alternatives here but I never hear anyone talk about using egg beaters in place of the omlets...

Does anyone use them and if so are you having success with them?

I remember reading on here somewhere where someone did use the egg beaters. They used a powdered cheese in it to make it a cheese omelette.
