The past two weeks, however, I upped my exercise, stuck to my plan, and started reading/posting on this forum...these changes were rewarded with success! Down 35.5 as of yesterday and about to say goodbye to the 270's!
I'm loving my exercise routine and am looking forward to next week's weigh-in instead of dreading it. I CAN do this.
