WOW...we are already on Vol 11 in less than a month, this is amazing how many of us are staying true to the program. We are all rocking this program to the max that is for sure. Although some of us are having trouble with our bodies each week we are still staying 100% which is amazing. Most would have already thrown in the towel and given up, NOT US....we are IN IT TO WIN IT!!!!....I am happy to say I am still LOVING this program after 16 months!!

I didn't lose this week but I just slipped on a pair of size 10 pants!!! A wee bit snug but they FIT!!!!! I love this program and cheating never crosses my mind anymore. SO WORTH IT!!!!

Oh, doesn't that size 10 take away the disappointment from the scale! Inches gone! I think that is just a super size! Can't wait to join the size 10 club! Congratulations!!

Another great OP day for me. I got all of my water in, but I'm going to have some more because its been so hot today. I spent much of it running errands and was in and out of the heat. I'm beat.
