    I would like to hear of all your successes for the month of July. Any loss is a great achievement. I think that this can be a real motivator for all of us. Watching the WI # of each of you gives me incentive to keep OP.
  • So far in July I have lost 22lbs and 20 inches!! To be fair.. I started IP on July 2nd. =)

    Wow! Way to go, 22 less pounds and 20 less inches. We must have joined 3FC about the same time.

    I do believe that in the challenge thread, everyone post their weight-loss for the month on a google excel sheet.
  • For July it's been 21 lbs. Since I started ( June 19th) it's been 27 lbs with adding one additional pound of muscle. So, in 43 days I have averaged 3.84 lbs a week. Yahoo. My next magic trick will be making Kale chips...
  • I have lost a little over 10 lbs and about 15 inches this month.
  • Started July 3rd...doing EAS shakes instead of IP...no restricted items ...lost 30 lbs in 28 days.
    pleased with that....
    been tough.

    lost 8.8lbs the first week
    5.2 the second week
    total 14lbs in 2 weeks!!
  • I started on June 26th so most of my 19 pounds have been lost in July
  • Well I started July 16th and have lost 7 pounds in two weeks! It's not as much as a lot of people on here but for me that's great!

    I'm not dissing Weight Watchers-because before I had my son I lost 50 pounds and ONLY gained 1 pound throughout the whole 38 weeks. And 17 days after I have birth I went straight back to WW and in 5 months only lost 3 pounds.
    So it didn't work out for me this time around and decided to give IP a chance and I'm really happy I did because not having the same success on WW as I did before really makes a person feel terrible.

    Before I ramble anymore I just want to say I am SOOO happy I found this website because I wouldn't know about IP and I wouldn't have the support!

    I'm not on IP, but I started my journey on June 19th too and have lost 23 lbs so far!
  • I went on a trip during the first two weeks of July and completely cheated on the diet, but within coming back to America, I lost another 10lbs this month. I think that's pretty good with the two weeks of cheating. I just makes me think what I would've lost if I hadn't cheated during those two weeks. I probably would've lost double that amount.

    32lbs overall in 2 months
  • I started on July 17th and at WI #2 on Monday I had lost 15 lbs and 15 inches. I too am drinking the EAS shakes.
  • I lost 12 pounds in July for a total of 33 pounds since I started 30 May.

    I've only been measuring my waist, but I've lost 5.5 inches off my waist this month for a total of 11 inches in the two months.

    I am on alternatives (I switched from IP to alternatives on July 2).

    For a post-menapausal women these numbers are FANTASTIC.
