  • Phase 1, Week 9, Day 4:
    Breakfast - IP Herb/Cheese Omelet w/ 1/2 c spinach & onion
    Lunch - Leek Soup, 1 c Caularoni, & Lettuces
    Supper - Pizza! IP Crepe mix made into crust, 2 Tab tomato sauce w/Italian herbs, onion, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, 1 Tab. veggie cheese, and ham. More ham to make up the 8 oz. lean protein & a salad.
    No snack today - 3rd packet makes up the crust for my pizza.
  • Phase 1, week 1 day 5
    Breakfast - IP cappucino (mixed with my morning coffee, yum!)

    Lunch - big romaine salad with chopped cucumbers, bell pepper and red onion, WF ranch dressing. IP Choc soy puffs (probably save them for a snack when I get to work at 3pm

    Dinner - Tuna on a romaine salad with mushrooms, bell peppers, and some leftover cauli-rice, with WF sesame asian dressing

    Snack - IP orange drink
  • Phase 1, Week 5, Day 3:

    Breakfast - Chocolate Soy Puffs

    Lunch - Spinach Shake

    Dinner - 8 oz chicken breast

  • Phase 1: Week 22, Day 4

    Breakfast@8am: Spinach Smoothie
    IP Chocolate RTD
    Spinach + Romaine
    2.5 cups Half-Caf Coffee
    2 Stevia

    Lunch@12pm: Hearty Soup
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Cauliflower, Celery, & Garlic Puree

    Snack@4pm: Mock French Toast
    IP Plain Omelet
    1 Egg Whites
    Zucchini, shredded & squeezed
    WF Pancake Syrup

    Dinner@8pm: Big Mac in a Bowl
    Ground Turkey
    WF 1000 Island
    Pickles (running out)
    ^^not enough dinner veggies, so adding some to snack
  • 9am--maple oatmeal
    10--exercise
    12--spinach smoothie with chocolate pudding and 1 cup spinach
    2--snack on veggies
    5:30--bigmac in a bowl
    8:30--peach mango drink

    Afternoon of errands and kid's physicals so odd schedule for me.
  • BF: EAS Carb Advatedge Shake (French Vanilla) with 1/2 cup spinach
    Morning Treat: Tea with cinnamon and 1 splenda
    Lunch: Spinach salad, with egg muffins and WF 1000 island dressing
    Snack: Chocolate Soy Puffs
    Dinner: Roasted cauliflower/turnip hash, Proti Diet Green Tea & Cranberry drink
  • Phase 1, Week 35
    Breakfast--coffee, 1oz skim milk, peanut butter bar
    Lunch--chocolate RTD, lettuce, 2 cups veggies (cucumbers & celery)
    Dinner -- not sure yet, probably chicken & a salad. Will update!
    Snack--cappuccino w/ double shot decaf espresso, my favorite snack!
  • Phase 1, week 2

    B: coffee, skim, wildberry yogurt drink
    L: salad w/2 cups cucumbers, onion, bell pepper, WF dressing

    S: apple cinnamon puffs
    D: sauteed lean ground beef with peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, soy sauce
  • Phase 1~ Week 3!

    IP chocolate shake over ice.
    Spinach, cucumber, peppers a little bit of WF bacon ranch dressing

    Dinner
    I plan on making LOW carb cabbage rolls with ground turkey, sour cabbage, chopped tomato!

    Chipotle crisp thingys

  • I ended up out at the mall for lunchtime today, but there was a Ruby Tuesday - yay unlimited salad bar!

    Lunch: EAS Carb Advantedge RTD - Dark Chocolate + 2 cups of raw veggies (celery, bell peppers, cucumbers)
    Snack: Proti-Thin Pink Lemonade
    Dinner: Pork Chops and Salad
    After workout snack: Chocolate Soy Snacks

    No looked them up. They are the southwest cheese puffs. For some reason I thought they were chipole. I hope they are goood!

    I love them!!! I have to hide them from hubby!! He tried one and loved them as well!!
