Phase 1, Week 9, Day 4:
Breakfast - IP Herb/Cheese Omelet w/ 1/2 c spinach & onion
Lunch - Leek Soup, 1 c Caularoni, & Lettuces
Supper - Pizza! IP Crepe mix made into crust, 2 Tab tomato sauce w/Italian herbs, onion, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, 1 Tab. veggie cheese, and ham. More ham to make up the 8 oz. lean protein & a salad.
No snack today - 3rd packet makes up the crust for my pizza.
