I started to try and loose this weight on Friday 7/27. I read that drinking 2 glasses of water (16oz/500cc) before meals helps curb your hunger. I have found this to be true so far (3 days). I have also been trying to drink a LOT OF WATER (4-6L a day). I have found I am not hungry if I drink my water or flavored water(crystal light). Is this normal? I am eating less than 1500 calories a day and thought I would be hungry. The only draw back is that I have to pee all the time. LOL. I have found I am thirsty where before I never really noticed that.
