This time I have kind of devised my own plan with my own foods and my own idea of what I should weigh. Duh! Why didn't I think of that before?
Anyway, I figured out that I need 1600 daily calories to get where I want to be. Divided into four meals that is 400 calories per meal. Like a very inspirational person on this forum who I think is called Gloria, I am going to try and include some of the super foods in those meals.
Then I found out that someone else had already invented my diet and called it the 400 Calorie Fix. Oh well, I ordered the book online but I have a feeling that the meals I work out for myself will be the best ones anyway.
