I came across this at Sams and thought it would be an easy dinner choice for busy nights. What are your thoughts?
Looking at the label etc I would personally not hesitate to have it...I would have 2 actually for 260 calories which is slightly over calories in 8oz of chicken breast but less calories then when you have say sirloin steak or 95% lean burger. They are 113 grams each so basically 4oz each so you would get 2 of them anyway!
Protein is in line also at 42g (for 2) and no carbs and no sugar...so heck yeah! Enjoy!
Cheers
Jake
Looks good to me. We don't have Sam's club in our area, but I'm sure Costco has something like that, so I will have to pick some up...Also Buffalo burger is really good, leaner than hamburger.
Hubby loves the salmonburgers from the Schwan man, he likes these from Sam's ok.

Looks great! But remember that Wild Salmon is limited to 2x/week on the Phase 1 Sheet for the Dinner Proteins. Can't speak for the other Phases though.
I buy those for my son, he loves them!
I bought those too! Was hoping they are ok to eat for dinner tonight, gonna grill em.
They had samples of salmon burger at Costco and I didn't like it at all. If I am going to use my one time a week salmon, I would rather have the real thing. Same thing with the turkey burgers at Costco-disgusting I threw them all out. Sometimes just making them yourself tastes better!
I think I will run out to Sam's today and buy some. Hubby goes back to work soon (vacation) and he works nights. These will come in handy on those nights I make something off-plan for the kids.
So, from what I am reading, I can have 2 patties in one serving, and only 2 servings per week. Correct?
It's nice to find things to add in a little variety!
I saw these the last time I was at Sam's and didn't pick them up for some reason. Now I will have to try them. Thanks for posting the pics of the label. Anyhing that gives a little variety is good in my book, plus being quick always helps.
Wow, these burgers sound good. We have a very small Sam's Club and I could not find these burgers there. I saw several good recipies online but they called for Panko or Bread Crumbs to hold burgers together. Does anyone have suggestions as to what I could substitute in place of these carbs?
