8 days.. 2 weeks :(

  • Okay, been on my sumer long diet!!
    Havent been using a scale (no access) but I've been dieting hardcore since June 11
    However, these last two weeks, I've had 8 binge days O.o (Mon- Thurs)
    5/8 of them, I was excersizing (1 hour 2 days, 2 hours 2 days, 3 hours one day).. but the binges have been anywere from 2,500 cal - 3,500 cal...
    Cant tell how much weight I've lost or gained):
    I'm going back home in a week, so Id like to get back on track by then...
    but its so hard): I feel so guilty): I think I just lost all my progress:/
    Some tips from getting back? I dont even think its an emotional thing.. it just feels like I'm losing the game):
    Well.. I guess I just really needed to vent

  • drink plenty of water and get back on track with your diet and exercise plan. if you dwell too much on the binges, you'll only hold yourself back longer.
