Irregular periods? I found my cure!!!

  • The average time when I would get my periods was 6-8 months a part
from each other. But lately (last 4 months) I have been eating
Greek yogurt (just a little single one) a day and guess what!! My
periods have been normal for 3 months now. I think I was 16 years old
when this last happened! So I googled eating yogurt to help regulate
your period and, yes indeed, it can help with that!
So, if you are having this problem, try this challenge for a few months
and see if it works! I would actually be very interested to hear if it did
or not. And if it doesn't, it's still really good for you to eat.

Good luck ladies! As for me, I'm sooo happy that my body is
    working like normal again!

  • Curious, how long did you have to eat the yoghurt before you got your first period? And how long had it been before then that you had last had a period?
  • Good question... I have them written down.
The one I had before eating the yogurt took me 8 months to get.
Once I started eating the yogurt, the next one came in 2 months and
the next after that came in one month (exactly) and the next after
that was 1 month and two days. So far, so good!
