periods have been normal for 3 months now.
I think I was 16 years oldwhen this last happened! So I googled eating yogurt to help regulate
your period and, yes indeed, it can help with that!
So, if you are having this problem, try this challenge for a few months
and see if it works! I would actually be very interested to hear if it did
or not. And if it doesn't, it's still really good for you to eat.
