Hi everyone I'm excited to be a new member and start my weightloss journey.
A bit about myself I grew up a skinny child and teenager. As I got older I realized for some reason I always gain weight in relationships (still not totally sure why). I was in a relationship from the age of 15-25 and went from 120lbs to 230lbs when the relationship ended. After that I lost alot of weight through eating better and exercise and reached my goal weight of 135lbs. I remained at that weight for three years when I got into another relationship. Once again that weight I swore would never return did. I have been with my current partner for 3 years and currently weight 232lbs. I'm an overeater, make bad food choices, feel lazy all the time, and depressed because I allowed my self to put the weight back on. BUT: I'm ready to reclaim my skinny self back and try to understand why I let myself go everytime I'm in a relationship.
