I used 2 slices of low cal wheat bread publix brand. 90 cals. 3 slices ham 70 cals and the new thin sliced provolone cheese from sargento 40cals a slice. I used 2 so 80. And used smart balance butter on each side of the bread. A tablespoon 30 cals. I melted the cheese on the bread like grilled cheese and then added the ham when it was melted. Layed a heavy plate on the top to grill it all together and done. Sooooo delicious. And I added a cup of strawberrys on the side

I like being home for lunch; I'm probably going to get a toaster oven for my classroom now, haha!
