Been on weight watchers for a month- after trying to lose weight for a year- and lost 5.6 pounds. 5 pounds was my first mini goal. (next is 5%).
I am currently 142.2. When I started, it seemed like it would be forever before I was out of the 140s. Now it seems much more do-able. It gives me hope, and its a very nice change from yo-yo dieting.
