    Hi, My name is Diona, and I currently live in Erie, PA. It's summer right now so I love it here, come winter it will be a different story! I'm glad to have found this site, and reading all the people's stories have inspired me. Thank you!!! My husband and I just started the South Beach Diet the end of June, and of course he is doing great! But so am I!! He's is also so supportive. I've got Fibro, and am learning how much I can do and how to work with the syndrome and the medications, and still accomplish weight loss! I'm a IT Geek, work from my home office , have 6 grown step-kids and 2 grandchildren (and I hope that is all for now!..I'm too young for this grandmom thing! lol. I'll hush..I wish us ALL the best of success, and remember: it's not the destination but the journey that we learn from! Bless ya'll!
