I cannot thank you enough for your roasted pepper purée recipe! It is AMAZING! I did a batch with lime and cilantro and a batch with Italian spices for my zucchini spaghetti and shrimp tonight. It seriously tastes just like marinara! I only wish I made more

Breakfast: IP Omelete with 1 cup spinach
Lunch: IP Chicken soup with 1 cup roasted pepper purée
Snack: 1/2 cup cucumber
Dinner: 1 cup zucchini noodles with 1/2 cup "pepper marinara" and 8 oz. shrimp
Dessert: Chocolate soy puffs...my weakness
