    Lunch:
    Tilapia with Salad and 2 C mixed Veg, EVOO, and Spices

    Dinner:
    Scallops with Shredded Zucchini

    Snack:
    Shake
  • Phase 1, Week 8, Day 4:

    Breakfast: Spinach Shake (1 c spinach, 5-6 oz water, 1 Tab WF choc syrup, 1/2 tsp Truvia, 1 serv Proti-Diet choc drink mix)

    Lunch: IP Chicken soup w/1 c pureed roasted veggies w/evoo added in, lettuce

    Snack: Proti-Diet Orange drink (I think)

    Supper: 8 oz Steak, steamed broccoli & cauliflower w/seasonings
  • Breakfast:
    Crispy cereal pancakes with WF caramel mixed in and WF pancake syrup on top
    Coffee with splenda

    Lunch:
    Salad with mustard vinegarette
    2 c cucumber
    Soy patty

    Dinner:
    Roast
    Roasted cauliflower
    Salad with mustard vinegarette

    Snack:
    Cappuccino drink with WF caramel sauce mixed in
  • Breakfast:
    IP Wildberry Yogurt Drink

    Snack:
    1 cup of boiled mushrooms (boiled in crab boil)

    Lunch:
    IP Chicken Soup
    Lettuce w/WF dressing
    1 cup of cucumbers

    Snack:
    IP Pina Colada Drink

    Dinner:
    8 oz Ground beef hamburger patty on top of 1 portabella mushroom cap.
    Dressed with lettuce, red onions, pickle and mustard, maybe a few sauteed mushrooms

    2 cups of coffee with splenda

    Snack:
    Peanut Butter Crunch Bar

    Lunch:
    RTD Mango
    2 cups of veggies

    Dinner:
    Taco salad with veggies

    Bedtime snack:
    Proti Diet pancake with zuchinni and cinnamon (MY HIGHLIGHT OF THE DAY)

    Coffee

    Lunch:
    Lite Muscle Milk Chocolate, spinach and ice blended
    peppers and cucumbers

    Dinner:
    Buffalo Chicken Salad

    Snack: Not sure. Maybe IP pudding muffins or IP orange drink

    L: Pure Protein vanilla shake; 3c chopped romaine/celery/green peppers mushroom salad
    S: Pure Protein or Atkins Advantage bar
    D: 8 ozs ground turkey browned up and served over lettuce; eggplant/zucchini mix sauteed in EVOO

    Recovering from stupid almond cheat yesterday

    B-fast: Pina Colada IP shake

    Lunch: 2 C zucchini noodles
    IP vanilla pudding with a stiff egg white to make it bigger

    Snack: IP wildberry yogurt made as muffins
    Tea

    Dinner: 8 oz fish and cauliflower puree with garlic

    Breakfast@8am: Spinach Smoothie
    IP Chocolate RTD
    Spinach + Lettuce (just under 1 cup left)
    2 cups Half-Caf Coffee
    1 Stevia

    Lunch@12pm: Spicy Soup
    IP Chicken Soup
    Roasted Pepper Puree (just under 1 cup left)

    Snack@4pm: Strawberry Milkshake
    IP Wildberry Yogurt Drink
    Frozen Rhubarb
    WF Strawberry Spread

    Dinner@8pm:
    Still no protein at home (besides my canned tuna & egg emergency backup)

    I cannot thank you enough for your roasted pepper purée recipe! It is AMAZING! I did a batch with lime and cilantro and a batch with Italian spices for my zucchini spaghetti and shrimp tonight. It seriously tastes just like marinara! I only wish I made more Thank you for taking the time to share

    Phase 1: Week 2 Day, Day 4

    Breakfast: IP Omelete with 1 cup spinach
    Lunch: IP Chicken soup with 1 cup roasted pepper purée
    Snack: 1/2 cup cucumber
    Dinner: 1 cup zucchini noodles with 1/2 cup "pepper marinara" and 8 oz. shrimp
    Dessert: Chocolate soy puffs...my weakness
  • Breakfast: IP Wildberry Yogurt blended with Spinach, ice, water.

    Lunch: Salad with EVOO, Salt, Cucumbers, Orange Bell Pepper. IP Dill Pickle Zippers. Love me some DPZ!!!

    Dinner: "Chili" made with hamburger, tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder. Spicy.

    Snack: Dark Chocolate Pudding

    Breakfast:
    IP chockolate shake mixed with 6 ounces water and a pinch of cinnimon.

    Lunch:
    lettuce, 1C yellow pepper, 1C cucumber with WF bacon ranch dressing.
    IP brocoli cheese soup

    Snack:
    1 boiled egg

    Dinner:
    8oz bbq steak
    1C grilled zuchini, 1C grilled peppers

    Snack:
    ? Possibly a bar of some sort
